Honoré regards itself as 'the hidden pastry chef'. We believe the products we produce are tothe highest of specifications and 'as if they had been hand made in the kitchen on site'. All products are produced to order and prepared on the morning of delivery. Christopher Broadbridge has worked hard to establish a 'one to one' relationship with each client in order to produce each product to the exact specification requested. Clients are encouraged to discuss their ideas and offered professional advice in return. Honoré specialises in the supply of bespoke fine patisserie products to hospitality event locations such as Premiership Football Grounds, London Casinos, Royal Tennis Courts, London Exhibition Centres, and Horse Racing Grounds to name but a few. Our popular and exquisite celebration cakes have been requested by the rich and famous throughout England for the past 26 years. The product range is vast and extensive. The size of our products can range from small mini desserts and petit fours, to individual banqueting sweets up to large celebration cakes and multi-portion buffet sweets.

Based in South West London we operate throughout the UK. The company director is Christopher Broadbridge who has run the company for 27 years. Christopher is a certified pastry chef and has attained several awards and qualifications in his career. The Company secretary is Catherine Broadbridge, who attends to all the financial side of the company. The staff at Honoré can vary according to season and public holidays. At a minimum there are sixteen members of staff in the factory. We also employ temporary staff for busy periods. All staff, including temporary, are fully trained and certified to guarantee the quality and safety of the product. Honoré is an award winning patisserie and is recognised within the local community for encouraging students with its work experience opportunities and apprenticeships. Honoré is in the Guinness book of records for the biggest dinner party at Earls Court.

It is vitally important at Honoré to adhere to the highest standards of Food Hygiene and Safety. To ensure full compliance with food law and legislation the Quality Management Team work alongside the British Retail Consortiums Global Standard for Food Safety. The Quality Management Team and the rest of the staff at Honoré have achieved grade A accreditation from both BRC and Compass Group as a result of external annual audits for two years consecutively. Food safety is as imperative to Honoré as the quality.
